芳仲煞车/制动六活塞卡钳采用A6066航太等级铝合金锻造而成,具有高耐久性,高延展性,并采用多轴数控精密铣车加工。卡钳固定架(支架)采用模具等级之高碳钢制造。煞车碟盘采用合金钢制造,可搭配各种摩擦材料,具有抗高压,散热快及不易变形的完美性能。
Fang Jong disc brake 6-pot calipers are forged with A6066 aerospace aluminum alloys, which is high-durability, high-ductility, precisely machining by multi-axis CNC milling. The brake brackets are made of high-carbonated steels. Brake disc rotors are made of steel alloy and can stand for variety of friction materials and contain the perfect performance of high-compression-resistance, fast heat dissipation, and none-deforming.

(1) 加大碟盘盘面后,力矩及力臂增加,能有效提升制动力及缩短煞车距离。
After enlarging the diameter of the brake disc, the torque and the tension arm increases, to improve the brakeage effectively and to shorten the braking distance.
(2) 加大盘面同时也能增加碟盘的散热面积。
To having the enlarging diameter of the brake disc can also increase the surface for heat dissipation.
(3) 碟盘表面精密加工处理-在EDP表面处理后,用双十交叉切割及高精密研磨工法,确保产品平行度和厚度都在最紧迫之公差精度,减少磨耗。
Disc Surface Precision Machining - After EDP treatment, Double-cross cut and fine precision grinding to assure tightest tolerance on wear out, parallelism, thickness variation, to enhance the durability.
(4) 经由精密加工后的碟盘,盘面偏摆误差于0.04mm
After the precise machining, the run-out surface of the brake disc is within 0.04mm
(4) (5) 碟盘表面采EDP表面涂层处理 - 全碟盘表面皆为EDP涂层处理,避免碟盘及帽盖表面生锈或氧化问题。另有选配五彩热镀锌表面处理,可供选择。
